Does anyone know how the hell to distinguish the womens/mens denim?? Theres a couple of pairs floating around that I am interested in but am suspicious about. For example the guy in the FS forum with multiple slim fits/boot cuts and ebay seller tiffw-ut

What's up with the outrageous prices being charged for RRL items by the eBay seller, Blue Present? I guess it's none of my business, and I don't begrudge someone making a profit, but it seems downright greedy to charge more -- in many cases a lot more -- than the original retail price.

Almost pulled the trigger on the straight leg Grey Denim, but resisted since I've already got like 142 pair of Jeans

I always thought they had less buttons...at least that's what someone said about the batch floating around on ebay a coupla years ago...they are considerably vanity sized though

Yeah, the women's usually have a lower rise and and are more strikingly vanity sized (b/c women wear jeans on their hips, of course).

There is an influx of people selling RRL jeans on SF. Where is it coming from? Marshalls? Polo Outlet Store?

If you read his thread carefully this dude says that he thinks they're women's jeans, too. Looking at the rise measurements and low number of buttons it definitely seems like it.

so, this very well might have been discussed in an earlier post- but I just noticed over at Context that they will be selling RRL online sometime soon. Has anyone heard anything about this?

Since you can't sell RRL onilne, they are probably going about it the way like EG where you have to phone in your order.

I was reading an old article about the RRL red chambray and read that it was sold out everywhere. What was all the fuss about? Now I want one and can't find it anywhere.

Maybe, or maybe Context will be the first store to formally be given the green light to sell online, which wouldn't suprise me since Context is a pretty impressive store.

One quick way to distinguish Womens RRL jeans...... The tag on the back pocket where the size is indicated is about half the size of the Mens tag and also the size is written in smaller font on the tag.
