I've been told by SA's in two other stores that the best place is the Ralph Lauren store in Georgetown.

Just checked out the RRL on Melrose. Not as nice as the Hamptons RRL in my opinion--but they had a pair of selvage chinos in size.30 for 45% off. They measure out to 32. Someone should cop. Wish I was fatter.

^ Is the Straight cut just called "Straight" on the hang tag? And is it still in production?

Both are pretty good. Also, the RL store on W Broadway in Soho has one of the deeper RRL collections

Hi first time poster here. I just wanted to say the Ralph Lauren store on 750 N Michigan Ave Chicago IL also stocks RRL denim. I wasn't sure if the list is still being updated. Btw, the denim looks great. I like how they use reclaimed denim (at least thats what the sales associate said).

Very cool denim.

This is true. I just went to the store and tried on the low-straights and they do have the upside down stitching now.

Today I was surprised to find that there isn't an RRL cut I don't like. I always avoided the straight legs because they look huge in every pic i've seen of them laying flat. But the legs aren't big at all. I have thin legs and was surprised how well they fit. All the store had was washed and I need to get them raw. Anyone know what a washed straight leg 30x30 would translate to in raw sizing? Measurements on the washed 30's were: waist 16.5, thigh 11.5, knee about 8.6, leg opening 8, and inseam 30.75.

Also tried on the low-straights for the first time and those looked incredible too.

I stopped by in the Chicago store a month or so ago, the store is pretty godawful and ****** until you hit the rrl section on the 2nd or 3rd floor (forgot where)... its like a haven from the overpriced rest of the store, though I wouldnt say 225 for the straights are that great a price. theres so much denim, shirting, jackets, and theyve got one a2 rrl leather jacket hanging on the wall thats just mindblowing
