Above cardi is definitely interesting, but what would you wear it with?

Btw, anyone find RRL western shirts to be a little on the long side to wear untucked? My size L measures 31" which is about equal to my EG flannel work shirt. I'm 6' tall but I find the length to be a little awkward still.

Not, particularly, no. I don't know exactly how tall I am, but at least 6', probably more like 6'1". Mine is an XL and is also exactly 31" from BOC to bottom. But mine is pretty form-fitting. If yours is much looser than that the length may come off in a different way. I do, for example, find the XXL denim shirt godawfully long, but it's much bigger all around.

Hrm, mine is relatively form fitting, at least compared to my other shirts. I mean it's not tight, there's room for movement in the torso and sleeves and from the side view the bottom flares out a bit. At 31" it covers the top 2/3 of my back pockets and about 4/5 of the fly. How does yours fit?

RL is having their 25% off Give In Style sale now. Is RRL excluded? I know Black Label and Purple Label are excluded. Edit: Read the fine print. RRL is excluded.

In the interest of bumping this thread, I thought I would share two recent RRL acquisitions First, RRL Officer Selvage. I think this is from FW09, but these are beautiful and I was happy to find them http://www.flickr.com/photos/5900884...7626463268014/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/5900884...7626463268014/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/5900884...7626463268014/ Next is a heavy weight, shirt sweater. The pictures really don't do this piece from the Nashville collection justice. It had a list price of $850 which seems ridiculous, but then you put the shirt on and it feels like you are wearing something that justifies its cost. It is the cashmere/wool blend of the shirt and its rich texture that make me love this piece. It is one of my new favorites. http://www.flickr.com/photos/5900884...7626463268014/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/5900884...7626463268014/

very nice pickups. were these from ebay?

The officer's were from eBay, Seller sandi122354. They are 32W, and cost $200 shipped. I am very happy with them. I like the 11oz fabric and the olive gold color. Interestingly enough, the seller also has the shirt jacket I picked up http://cgi.ebay.com/RRL-RALPH-LAUREN...#ht_3315wt_907 However, I acquired mine from styleforum member HRoi also for $200 shipped.

havent been on here in a while so i'm not sure if this has been posted. for all the NY'ers, the west broadway store is supposedly going to be carrying just RRL, and everything else is moving to a new location on prince st by the apple store. i'm excited to see how they will redo the west bway store to the RRL aesthetic. should be happening within 30 days according to my friend that works there.

I bought the same officers at a RL Outlet in Barcelona for 110€; i´ve never seen before RRL in Spain.
