Wonderful! Does the color show up incorrectly on their website or do you just have it in a different color? Any additional photos would be welcome!

My main question is about how easy it is to move your arms in the jacket. I've noticed with my Barbour jackets that the old cut ones actually have higher armholes and are more useful in the outdoors, whereas some of my new pattern ones are harder for that (as are Barbour-inspired things I've tried of other brands)

Do you find that you can move around easily without the jacket itself shifting?

I'm curious as well. How's the fit overall. Is it pretty slim? Or can you layer with it?

Not legit..... Blow up the picture and you will see that the button says Ralph Lauren 1967 on it.

There is only the one color, and it's a close to black. Definitely not as brown as it looks on the site. It looks grey in my photos because of the finish on the fabric.

The jacket sits very still when I move my arms inside of it. I have to bring my arms up to nearly shoulder height before the jacket starts to lift. Great cut in my opinion. Love how it looks and it's definitely the most practical RRL piece I have.

It's not super slim, the arms are very generous, it's definitely designed for layering.

Excellent! What's the breathability like?

I got the Barbour Commander jacket when it came out, which is visually a great jacket except they switched out the traditional Barbour cotton lining for some new material– which killed the breathability.

I think the breathability is pretty good compared to other shell jackets I've owned. I can leave it on indoors for awhile without breaking into a hard sweat.

Great! I've run into jackets before that have a breathable outer– like Ventile– then cancel out with the lining! I'll let the local RL store know to order it in so I can try it on in person first.

Wow...how sketchy...I didn't think RRL would come out with camo shorts with a flag on the pockets, I thought it was D&S for sure...and better yet, they claim to have "many sizes"...

I think the West Broadway store (if its the store next to Reiss) was a Polo Store a few years ago and then was transformed to a RRL only store.

Just spoke with the local store... no July 4 in-store special on RRL (Polo is taking addition 30% off)

The Olive LE denim feels thinner/lighter than the others so that slightly affects the fit also.

Just got the Bayfields delivered, but they are going back because sizing is off.
Added measurements above, I don't think they will stretch out to a comfortable fit after wearing.

Look back on some of my previous posts on the Bayfields. Long story, but the first two pairs of Bayfields I ordered were way off. The third pair was right on and fit as a pair of 32x32 RRL slim fits should. The main culprit in my situation was that the first two pairs had a five button closure and were sized quite big. The third pair had the standard 4 button closure that is on slim fits. I did not give up because I liked the wash and weight so much!

I have my eye on thenew Fall release slim fit Billings and Fairview washes. They are up on the website. RRL denim just keeps drawing me in!!!

I've ordered 5 murdock boots in the last few years due to the fact that they fit so well and literally only one of them has arrived without a massive defect that hasn't led me to return them. I purchased 3 pairs from the latest sale (three!!!) And the first two were awful one with massive cuts through the toe and the other with a giant crease down the center. I thought I had a winner until I put them on only to find the stitches in the left boot completely torn and attempted to be repaired with glue. Looks like I'll still only have one pair of Murdocks in my rotation
