Almost every time I have ordered an item that wasnt available at the Atlanta store but the SA had to get it shipped from another location, it came from the Aspen location (in almost all cases, except a couple times when they came from NY). And I wondered why Aspen!?!

Was watching the show "Life In Pieces" by chance for the first time time tonight.  A lot of RRL is worn on the show...especially the character played by James Brolin.  Saw a bunch of stuff from last year ...probably when it was filmed...

Try emailing them.  I just sent them an email regarding a sales tax overcharge and they emailed me back in 3 minutes...

Hey guys, there is some new denim on the website. Two that catch my eye are the Slim-Fit Fairview wash and the Slim-Fit Billings wash. Both are made in the USA from 14.7oz American selvedge denim. A nice medium weight denim. RRL is killing it with these denim washes. They are the best at doing pre-distressed denim! F*uk, I'm ready to whip out my credit card smile.gif

I've had great success with the 1-800 number and email. I do 99.99% of my ordering via the 1-800 number. They've even given me nice courtesy discounts on full priced items icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

RRL has a continuing obsession with slim fit jeans. Consequently, and unfortunately, I've had to switch to the Citizens of Humanity "Sid" jean, since I can't get a decent pair of straight leg jeans from RRL!! Would love to complain to the RRL design team, though I have no idea where I would send my beef.

RRL Slim-Fits are perfect for my slender 6ft/170lb frame. I also have a pair of Low-Straights. The bigger leg opening on those is perfect for boots.

Slim fit is what is in style. They are producing what sells. They still produce a good amount of straight leg jeans imo. I noticed the last few seasons Limited edition Jeans  have all been straight leg too.Personally I wish they would produce more Slim Narrow.

I noticed those the other day and think they look really good too. If you due take out that card and make a purchase, please report back on your thoughts on wash in hand. I may join you soon enough.

I just received the Bayfield Wash jeans from the sale and really like the wash and softer hand on these.

A lot of the straight leg stuff has been denim pants, not five-pocket jeans, while the LE releases have typically been either rigid and/or based on some 1880s anti-fit. RRL reserves the good washes for the slim stuff, unfortunately.

Will do.

I have the Bayfield wash jeans. I agree with you on all counts. They are actually my all-time favorite jeans.

The 1-800 customer service is a hit or miss... in my experience, it all depends on whom you end up speaking with. On a few occasions I have spoken with some really nice folks who, as you stated, have offered a courtesy discount to make things right...and at other times I have spoken with folks who sound like they are in a permanent bad mood and angry at you for calling them :)

Just got off the phone with the Atlanta SA, he said he doesn't know when, and if, the in-store additional 30% sale will start. He also said he is not aware of the additional 10% that other stores are offering. Plus, he said they have started receiving Fall (yes, Fall, 16) items just recently and expect to get more over the coming weeks. So, my speculation is, the in-store additional 30% sale will start in the coming weeks when they begin running out of shelf space for the newer stuff.

If anybody is looking for the older Slim Fit Raws in the Japanese denim I have a brand new pair in size 32x30 that I will give a good deal on. Unfortunately I lost weight and these are too big for me. Get in touch if interested.
