Picked up the rigid clyde trousers recently. Quick questions for those of you that have them, Do you guys usually soak them in cold water first or just wear as is and let natural wear soften them up?
Secondly, I had to use sorcery in order to get the top button to close , anybody else have this issue? I guess it will get better with use , but in the meantime I will look like a fool at the urinal.

The fit on these is great FYI, Love the darker brown color, much better in person than the website.

No need to soaj. Just wear consistently and they will doften up and stretch so that you can button it up comfortably.

Those are the ones I'm talking about. The color is a very nice dark brown, better than the website. Selvedge material. Fit is great just like the Selvedge officer chinos, maybe slightly slimmer in the leg. Especially for 134.00 they are great.

What size would you recommend someone get compared to his usual non-rigid size for chinos?

They are TTS if you are are average build, however if you are slender or like a tight fit then size down one.

Thought this was interesting, the RRL adney down jacket I just purchased has talon zips except for this bottom one that clearly says acne studios. Anyone hear of this happening before?

You've been robbed! I would sue for every cent they've got. Acme Studios zipper pull indeed...

Went tts, got a medium like the rest of my coats with a little room to layer. These went quick as soon as the sale hit, the west Broadway SA told me they only had the display model left

Both Acne Studios & RRL probably use a same supplier then. TBH, that makes your jacket really unique.

can anyone comment on the slim fit chinos in light olive and the ro buck slim fits? Im wondering if the colors are similar to the stock photos or darker/lighter....

Thanks

Can't believe you got an Acne zipper on it! I decided to size down on that piece. Super warm isn't it? I'm looking forward to some colder weather so that I can start wearing it.

Thank you for forcing me to empty out more money out of my account.
