I am on the fence with this one although I like it.  The way they mimicked the way a hank would fade is awesome but the pattern has me doubting if i will wear it more than a few times.

It would be a lot easier if you just posted your ebay handle.

Cowboy denim jacket finally arrived.  My initial impressions - it's nice but definitely boxy.  This is because the shoulders are cut boxy but it's also rigid denim, meaning the lack of drape in the shoulders enhances the boxy effect.  It's not horrible but definitely a noticeable style to the piece.  In addition, the sleeves are about a quarter to half inch longer than I'd like.

On the other hand, the denim is quality selvedge and it has cool features like buttons that say "RRL Cowboy."  It's definitely a more Western look than the Roper denim jacket, which is just a standard trucker's jacket pattern (albeit made of nice material).

I'll probably keep it.  The rigid denim will soften out after a few wears and I can use it in some of RRL's more cowboyish looks.  The sleeves are actually the most annoying part but they aren't unacceptable and I can live with it.

Just to note, the denim is really rigid.  When I opened the bag the jacket was folded almost like a piece of paper.

It's made from Indigo dyed wool.

I don't think it was ever available through the US site, but in Japan and HongKong.

I recently saw a similar one in a shop in NY, but that was a different fabric, I think.

I actually did manage to use the code and my order went though , but then 20 mins later they sent an email saying the item is out of stock.

I am so pissed .

I was able to use it 2 days ago on a couple items, and they already sent shipping notification, but checked again today and it doesn't work.
