I think youre right about the Bowerys being C&J. Personally i hate the look of the new ones and have 2 pairs of the Julian ones Ill never get rid of plus a pair in storage for the future.
Yeah def size up. I go with an 8 in every RRL boot but i got an 8.5 in this. Unlike the Julian boots they did half sizes this time. I think the two tone brown ones are almost sold out (i know alot of sizes are gone). The black ones look good too though! Ill post some fit pics tomorrow
What about the new ones do you hate compared to the older Julian ones?

Hey Robear has your package ordered on 7/2 been picked up yet? My tracking still shows "shipping information sent to Fedex" on the 6th. No pickup has been made and it's still in the "initiated" phase as of the 8th.

The once washed denim is the raw denim after they wash and bake it. Supposedly the fades won't have as much contrast on them as the raw ones, but they're softer from the start. I have a pair and I love them.

I'd go for the O/W personally. Has more character from the start.

I've gotten sucked into raw denim too many times. I've decided it's not worth the initial hassle. I'd go for OW, too.

yeah im another vote for once washed ... they are supposed to fade eventually like the raws but retain their color better for longer

Ya I might just sell mine after all. the more I compare it my O/W the more I like the feeling of my O/W. plus I think low straight is really a better fit than slim fit. I guess those slim fit are not made for my body-type.
