Sadly, I'm going there next weekend...

I rarely shop at JCrew but this sweater from their Wallace & Barnes higher end line was simply awesome when I received it (esp at the sale price of $120)

very heavy Donegal wool from Ireland in grey with brown flecks and nice detailing throughout

it's sold out online but might still be around in stores

very RRL-like

No

It clearly says "cannot be combined with any other offer."

Anybody know if the myrtle beach outlet ever has any rrl? I'll be there today. Was just curious if it was worth stopping.

I realize this is a super annoying request but it's now been about 18 months since I bought any RRL bottoms of any kind. But can anybody suggest which pair would have more room in the thigh - spokane (straight leg), utica (slim fit), midland (low straight) and are they all still selvedge (right hand twill in description)? Low straight used to be the best fit for me, would that still be the case? The last straight legs I got (ropers) were too tight in the thigh.

Must be their extensive market research that shows which cuts sell best with which type of rigid denim. Slim Bootcut probably didn't make the cut...

I hit up the west broadway store this past weekend and can confirm that this seems to be the case.  Checked out the new midland wash in low straight, SA was saying they decided to go 'darker' this time to better accentuate accumulated wear.

Was considering buying a pair but wound up with a pair of slims in the stillwater wash (jp denim) as they did seem to be shying away from japanese denim in the slimmer cuts and they definitely felt much nicer in hand than the low straights using Cone.  Tough to describe, but overall it just felt more luxurious, (slubbier?).

On a side note I enjoyed the broadway store.  Pretty spacious by NYC shop standards, free bottled water was nice, though when plunking down retail for a pair of $300 jeans I take it thems the perks.

i'm curious too. the slim fits are a little tight in the thigh for me. if i get the waist 1" too big, its noticeably better. i guess i could start doing that and get the waist brought in?

so i bought a pair of low straights on ebay, not sure what season they're from, and they feel just as tight in the thigh as the slim fit. ill have to measure to be sure
