As soon as I got there, literally in 5 minutes they pulled the cart away into the back room and replaced it with a cart full of RLX shorts. Perhaps a coincidence, they're need to rotate, or maybe the LP saw me in the camera. I was able to take 10 (out of 40) of the good stuff, like the montana bucklebacks, irish country trousers and slim fit jeans with no problem.

Store was super busy around 2pm. Jeans they had were sandstorm wash, olive, wheat and great planes washes in various cuts.

you guys got to get to FL before the holiday weekend is over. I don't think they're going to put this much stuff out again until Father's day (and subsequently Independence day)

RRL chinos typically run 2+ sizes large. I've seen some that are 4 sizes large depending on the wash. The olive ones are probably the best ones they make.

I think our stores hoard the stuff to put out around holidays. Things I found today were already on ebay months ago. I also noticed a lot more tourists gravitate towards the RRL than ever before. I think the website added a lot of exposure for the brand since it went online this past year.

A lot of Polo enthusiasts probably become curious and browse the RRL website to preview the collection then try to find stuff at outlets. Some teenager kid with a Long Island accent was holding a pair of brown jeans and screamed "ma! these are 75% off!" across the whole store. They also put out a lot of flannels/chambrays from NB, IR, MT, FI, etc and a big German/French looking dude was picking up all of them he can find in XL/XXL. One Asian man bought 3 bags of light blue jeans.

Went back to my outlet today. Place was packed and there were **** loads of RLX craps. There was one watchdog around PSR rack and I just grabbed all that RLX craps in my shopping bag to see what he does. He immediately radio his manager and said "male in blue shirts grabbed a lot from PSR." And I just left the bag full of RLX on floor and left.

I was expecting **** loads of RRLs, if they did put out on the floor, there would have been some left overs like big sizes such as 36. Or even just a tag on the floor.

I didn't see any. Might have to make my trip again tomorrow morning to see if they put out any RRLs.

Well, I checked both outlet stores in Orlando on Friday evening and I found a grand total of 1 RRL piece in both stores. Disappointed.

I checked out the zegna store, though, and was impressed with their shoe offerings - real good quality shoes at decent prices

If you go late night you will get beaten by all the big resellers who live in the area (causer, sandi, katerosev, obx104, etc), the small resellers, and all the tourists. If there was 1 piece, there were probably more, but polo outlets get picked through like crazy.

@stu that's funny!!

I found a batch of those Nov 2010. It was before thanksgiving I remember. Haven't found any since. Those are probably long gone. Hananasi probably has the last stash.

My store once fill the rack right before they close. I got pretty lucky that time, because they even asked me what type of stuffs I'm looking for. Of course, they didn't know that I'm a seller back then..

It's kinda funny how SAs answer their phone calls.
One day I called the store to see if they have any RRL, their voice tone totally changes. When they first pick up the phone, SA was like "Thank you for calling Ralph Lauren factory store blah blah, this is who, how can I help you" very kindly. But after you asked about RRL or PSR, they all like, "No" or "We have a few" or some other BS.

...they didn't know that I'm a seller back then..
Story of my life. I used to bump into the mgrs in the parking lot or the super target and wave hello and goodbye.

Now I get snubbed every time.

Quote: Yes, they just try to get you off the phone. I call from time to time and ask to speak to the mgrs that I dislike, just to know if they're working that day. If they go get them I quickly hang up and go another day if they're not there then it makes my life easier. I then ask for any ''floor manager'' and put on my "Matt Berry" voice then tell them I'm flying in from the UK and need to know if they have any RRL. They usually become more helpful if they hear you're traveling 4500 miles but sometimes they just say "No" to get rid of you then I show up anyway and wouldn't you know it there's plenty of stuff.
