Agreed. I was just simply posting a pic of what I happened to be wearing today.

Just got an email from RL so disappointing that David Slim Pant of the suit I ordered is out of stock...... I am not sure what I should do. Cancel the order or receive the others? I wonder if I could postpone the cancelation and keep waiting for it restocked by contacting the RL customer service. Ah, I wish there were someone who received the same pant and didn't want it anymore so liked to sell it to me......though it sounds impossible.

MR RRL CLOTHING I don't think anyone was saying they are alpha males, bragging about their nads or trying to seem cool. Just stating ones opinion. Nobody really cares why or who says what to you about your transactions.

Service your customer, be happy you have some. Stay off everyone's nuts. Might make you be less bitter and knowitallish.

If you're going to pay for $300 jeans that fit like $10 walmart jeans, the least you could do is learn how to size properly.

Right there....Good old RRL clothing with such a warm and fuzzy comments. This is why no one posts fit pics here. Are you like the bully of the RRL thread ..... Do you want my lunch money and to give me a wedgie too?

I know better than to post pants 5 sizes to big and then make a bullshit post taking the high ground after calling someone a twink.

Not to worry, I won't be seeing much of you after this 65% off fiasco is over, none of you will ever come back to this thread after you're done flipping your items in B&S.

Sorry guys... everyone is always saying there are no pics of the clothing. I tried.

You could've debated RRL Clothing's point and subsequent comments quite easily and you could have improved your own fit a little by cuffing your jeans a couple more times or getting them hemmed to the correct length but no, you had to throw a homophobic slur his way.

I hope the fact that you are wearing a rainbow coloured cardigan isn't lost on anyone. Irony I believe it is called.

I didn't order anything ever at ralph.com. I got my first RRL jeans in 93 I believe. I am not the foremost authority on all things ralph but I been rocking it since I was buying my own clothing in the late 80s.

You seem like you have a good amount of knowledge on rrl but also pontificate and make wild assumptions that you present as facts. None of that is a big deal. What is unacceptable is your need to have pissy little rants. Smile more, enjoy life. Being angry all the time is tiresome right?

Also it might be helpful for you to speak to folks on the internet how you would in person. Because you'd get knocked out a lot if you talked to people I am around if you felt the need to constantly talk down to anyone who has a different perspective.

Size down 2-3 sizes from your real waist measurement, if yours is 34, get a tag 31, etc.

I'm still not sure about this.  The thigh area in my opinion is perfectly sized.  The waist is a bit bigger.  I may consider getting the waist tailored.  I just purchased a pair of indigo chino's with a waist adjustment strap in the back.  The waist strap does sort of make the back look a bit bundled and weird.

Taking these to a professional tailor to get an opinion.  If anyone has gotten the waist taken in an inch or two let me know how it turned out.

Nothing I can say to this... You are correct and I apologize to anyone I may have offended. I should have thought before typing.

Debate with "RRL Clothing" / "the_denim_vault" ? lol8[1].gif

I don't think much intelligent discourse can be had with "Lose some weight fatties". (S)He posts nothing but inflammatory posts and insults other users.

"Twink" is not really a homophobic slur. It might be a slur to someone is homophobic but it's akin to "bear" "metrosexual" etc.

LOL @ twink.. Thanks for the laugh clown!

Seriously, stupid. He is probably a smaller true waist size. It's very possible his hips are 33-34". I was his size about 5 years ago, and wore a size 30, even though my hips were about 34".

Now, everyone be cool.

RRL Chino (rigid) one last thing, noticing the crotch bulge in their chino's too.  great fit, my wife loves the look of them on me.  I love the look too, the quality is excellent.  I just can't figure out why the waist sizing is the way it is.  Biggest gripes waist size and crotch bulge.

I don't care who got the last word. Next guy to not drop it will be timed out and owe me $500.

Cheers,
