Have you got a link to the redon jacket, it was probably my favourite jacket from last year or did you mean this one? I think this one is actually similar to the Whitney jacket from last summer, which was a similar price. Can't wait to see this in the flesh, it looks awesome.

They used to have some back in 2010. I don't know if they carry it anymore. Most outlets don't carry RRL anymore.

I went with the wife to show her what I wanted for xmas & found this beauty (PRL Oildcloth bike jacket).  I tried it on & it immediately made me feel like a million bucks.  Its a whole lot better in person and looks better on IRL

There were a few Barbour-ish pieces I really liked this season from RL and RRL. Hope your wife remembers what you like.

Yea I am glad I tried it on because I wouldnt have thought to buy it if I saw it on the web.  Makes me think how many great items I probably passed up because i have become such a lazy eweb shopper.

Likewise. Same thing happens to me except it can go both ways. Nothing beats seeing and feeling a piece in person.

How much do RRL charge for trialmaster kind of stuff, why not just buy Barbour or Belstaff directly
post #17445 of 23125
The RRL faux Trialmaster/International is pretty well made. Feels a lot heavier than the Belstaff/Barbour equivalents.
Original retail was higher than the Barbour International but about the same as Belstaff.
The RRL one also had those two sammich pockets on the back.

I've seen the Polo versions. They're not quite as heavy feeling as the RRL but they're still pretty nice.
During markdown season, they're a good deal.
