How and where does this work...was this a cyber Monday thing?

Just finished a lil shopping at Bleeker st. Salesman did a great job helping. He even went into the stockroom to find any older gems as i was asking for some of the older stuff. He ended up finding a cool shirt with engineers pockets for $60. I also grabbed the clyde trousers, red discharge shirt and one of those indigo dyed pocket tees. I'll try and get some pics up later. The clydes are pretty amazing on and in person as well as that jacket made with a similar fabric

I also saw the current denim biker wallet in person...Its a lot nicer in person & isnt that bright washed out color on the online site. & that Sanders Twill coat is amazing.

for those who are interested, they had the Belloq boots for $158 (not sure of sizes) & the Bowery Brogues at 40% off

I was wondering why the store is cheaper then the online site?

Nice purchase.

Yeah, the Clyde pants are great. Love that rigid fabric.

What is the jacket of similar fabric?

The Sanders Twill is pretty similar to the clydes & a must buy if I had the extra cash .

Everything in store was $25 to $50 cheaper than online..for instance shirts were $135-$150 but $160-$200 online for the same shirt with more styles available

Does anybody have any experience with the black Lot 271 Denim jacket?

http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/index.jsp?productId=24312226

I've been eyeing it for a while, and this seems like about the best deal they'll have before I run the risk of them selling out size L.

Just curious if it's really that black and if the fading has higher contrast in person. (I actually like how black it appears online so I'm hoping it's not too grey or washed out). And of course, how it fits.

thanks.

OK, damn.

Can't make up my mind.

Between the lot 271 black denim jacket: http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/index.jsp?productId=24312226

Lot 271 cord jacket: http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/index.jsp?productId=21363046

Durant jacket: http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/index.jsp?productId=24312236

Or

Becker cotton jacket: http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/index.jsp?productId=22385716

black denim probably number one, the cord looks dope but don't really know how I feel about cord up top. The durant might be redundant (have a W+H shacket already, but I like the ribbed cuff and hem on this... plus, black, duh) and the Becker jacket looks really good online, but that's because it looks like a heavy wool, but the description is cotton so it's probably just a misleading shot - has anybody seen it in person? Does have the feel of wool or is it just a textured cotton?

And i'll probably grab the black waffle cashmere crewneck too since a sweater is the thing I actually need. http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/index.jsp?productId=24430866

I'd get the black denim.

Don't forget this if you're ordering from the website.

I'd go with the black jean jacket. It's not everyday that you come across a black jean jacket--especially one that's been pre-distressed (seems like you like that thing). In addition, it might add more a bit more than the Becker Jacket. For instance, you can wear the jean jacket under a blazer or CPO. The good thing is that you can't really go wrong. Hope that helps.
