I believe the consensus is that you have no idea wtf you're talking about.

"Fully lined with French du Puy aniline-dyed calfskin"

Anything else you'd like me to school you on?

You do realize that the lining is the inside of the shoe.

Yes, you're right about that, I was wrong. I do believe the entire boot had been aniline dyed hence the notable inperfections.

Just picked up a pair of the black slim fit "washed denim." I've heard to size up one from your normal slim fit size for the $350 black on blacks so I did the same here. Anybody had experience with the sizing on these?

Now I'm confused. These slim fit rigids are made in the USA from imported fabric (I'm assuming Japanese). Are RRL continuing the Japanese slims after all? Do I need to stop buying every pair I find in my size on eBay?

I went true to size 32x32, and I wish I went bigger, because I'm becoming a, uh, big boy.  Let me know if we can do a swap or something if yours wind up too big and you went with a 33 or something. I haven't worn them more than 3-4 times.

Purchased the Slim-Fit Slate-Blue's today. I'll post some pics when I get them (hopefully next week). Disappointed that there weren't any Slim-Fit Indigo's left in my size though.

I saw these a few weeks ago. They restocked, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's new stock, they just have stock piles of old stock they're still putting up online.

FWIW, I bought a pair of the low straight dark-wash jeans a week or so ago, on the site it claims "imported fabrics" but the pocket text on the jeans I received says it's made from American fabric.
