Madison Boots. Similar to Bowerys but a little different (no speed hooks, no leather pull tab, not as bulbous). And theyre made of shell cordovan. They made 50 pairs in burgundy for the opening of the RL Mansion in NY. When the London store opened they did 30 pairs in black

Those pants look awesome, especially with those boots. Are they selvage? If so, I'd be curious to know what color the selvage stitching is.

They arent selvedge. Website listed them as selvedge and slim, they arrived bootcut and non selvedge. I kept them anyway

thinking about picking up a pair of rrl officer chinos in the 'rigid' colorway. any other options I should check out in the vein of an interesting chino from rrl?

also, am I likely going to be able to get them in a 34/32 at a better price than the $240 on rl.com currently via any means (ebay, b&s, or sales at vendors)?

Can't say I blame you for keeping them - they look great.

Good choice. Details and construction on those chinos are excellent. Rarely do I see them on ebay, so your only bet might be purchasing them from RRL directly. That said, Polo usually has a sale (25% off just about everything in support of cancer) at the end of September, so maybe hold out? Just a thought.
