I apologize if this is a bit off topic...but I was wondering about you all's experience with returns for online purchases and how stringently RL enforces return rules. I have an item to return and am only a couple days away from the 30 day deadline for sale items. So, I am afraid that they may receive the item after the deadline passes. Has anyone done anything similar? If so, did they accept the return or not? Thank you.

Call Customer Service and ask them before you send. That way if they say its okay, its recorded that they said so. Not that RL has ever cheated me from doing that, but its a good safety net.

Just received these in the mail and was hoping someone could shed some light. Described as "RRL Cords", I noticed they had the Officer Cut which I hadn't seen before so I snagged them. Inspection shows that they're a gray overdye (true color is somewhere between the color shown in the pics), they are indeed Officer's, and they were bought from an outlet which had reduced them from the original price (of ?) to $220. Very thick, substantial material and totally awesome. I highly recommend them to others.

Definitely IMO. Of the few RRL shirts I own the only size L that I could wear in L....unless you only plan on wearing it untucked.

Based on the measurements I sized up from a Small to Medium as this one is cut smaller.

I definitely found the dots not to be as white or the shirt as true a black as pictures represent.

on the other hand I went TTS and I like the fit.

The dots are less white than brown in my opinion. The shirt has a nice worn look. Not tattered mind you like some RRL, but very balanced. You could dress it up or down depending on the occasion.

I bought a pair of those from Barney's about a year ago.
I have no other insight to add.

why did some people size up and others stay TTS?
