Has the sizing of RRL jeans changed?

I've always bought 28 waist slim fits (though I realize it's a vanity size and I'm really 30)...have multiple pairs.

During this 25% sale, I bought a pair of 28 black slim fits and they don't even come CLOSE to fitting...so tight I can't even close one button. Definitely some kind of size, but now I don't know if I'm 29 or 30.

I know in the case of apc's the black jeans are slimmer than the indigo, I think from the dying process.  Have you had a pair of blacks before?  I'd be curious what other people's experience is though, I think Fok just bought a pair so maybe he can chime in.

Just bought my first pair of rrl's during the sale, the slim one wash.  Bought 32, have a pair of apc ns 31, usually a 33 in most pants.   I hope they fit

I have a pair of the raw black slim fits. The newer version from last year. They're definitely slimmer than the indigo raws and don't stretch as much; I only sized down one waist size and that was perfect for me. I also soaked immediately. But, a great pair nonetheless.

I know 10.5oz was used in the past. Not sure if these are old stock or if the website is wrong. Emailed RL but not sure how long they'll be to respond and figured somebody here who has access to a RRL shop has maybe checked them out. Not a big deal, but I already have a pair in the 9oz range from last season and was pretty excited about the extra heavy fabric listed for this season.

Any reply from RL on the contradiction between the 11.5 oz info on the website and the 9.23 stamp on the pants?

Can anyone who has seen both comment on the difference in  wearing, etc.?

I second that on the black on blacks. I can wear a 33 in almost every cut/wash, but with these i had to size up to a 34 and it's still extremely tight after about 10 wears. I was sort of hoping they would stretch, and expected them to, but now I'm a little nervous to hear they won't.

hey there, i will ignore my jealousy to politely ask that upon receipt, you post fit pics and measurements (pit to pit - shoulder to shoulder - shoulder to cuff) of the large herringbone sportcoat.

i am not sure that i am a large or a medium.

thanks

Just listed my slim bootcuts in size 30x30. Bought them a couple of years ago, but wore just a few times. I prefer the straight leg.

So does anyone have a good feeling when the next sale that'll included RRL be? I held back on a few items hoping something bigger would come down the line.

Hi, I'm looking to trade this shirt in a Small for a Medium. My Small (19.5" P2P) is BNWT and would consider a Medium same or in as-new condition.

Thanks,
Brett.
