I've had momotaro, studio and triple works for Japanese ones. Sold all of them since RRL fits me best, mine were $124 on eBay

It is a figure of speech. Been here long enough that I'm obviously not a troll.

Got these off eBay, been looking for about a year, trying to get a good price:

Did a Best Offer and and seller accepted on first offer of only $250, and was brand spankin' new. MSRP on these babies were around $695.

Benchmade in England, can only assume they were Stubbs.

My Momo 0701's are the best fitting denim I've ever worn. Seriously well made and the 15oz's have been able to take an absolute beating. I've worn them for a year now, they fit like a glove and I can literally imagine handing them down through the generations! After a year of wearing my RRL Low S's they definitely felt great, but the crotch had blown once and they started to look tatty. I have some raw RRL slim fit buckle backs which need an initial soak - I'm going to abuse those for a year and are what happens.

Uhh, that's hardly a figure of speech. Once again you've missed the sarcasm happy.gif

come RAMONE, it will make you $20 more exclusive and cooler by that amount.

I just happened to pick up an pair of the officers chino with last seasons tag, $220 compared to the current $240 price. I am not as exclusive as someone with the new pair. frown.gif

So, back to one of my original questions. Do the RRL jeans ever go on sale? I just purchased a pair of Tellason as a work jean for when I visit construction sites and a pair of The Strike Gold from Self Edge. Once I break these two in I know I will be looking for my next pair (still searching for that perfect pair) and I'm considering adding RRL but there is no rush thus my sale question. Semi-annual maybe?

Just about everything that doesn't go out of stock quick, goes on sale.

It's not that easy to say what will and what won't go on sale, but sometimes you can tell if they remain in stock for long enough, then most likely yes.

There will be a pink pony sale calld "give in style" at Ralf Loren which happens around late sep/oct. It's pretty much 25% off anything, including core, so that would be an opportune time to buy RRL denimz.

Also you should try out the fits to get your sizing right etc. IMO the denam is nicer on the low straights as they are a bit heavier and darker than the denim used on the slims/straights/bootcunts.

Hope dat helps Mr. Phillipe.

You're welcome.

Does RL still send regular emails? I remember getting regular emails every other week or so about new items on the website or whatever. The last email I remember from them was the last private sale. I didn't even get a "fall collection is now online" email. I did get the fall collection look book mailer thought. It's weird and while I don't miss the regular emails I will be upset if my private sale invites disappear.
