I would feel ridiculous with only $40 stuffed inside.  A wallet fit for a Centurian card I guess.

I guess the thing that pisses me off the most about Blue Present isn't that he is selling stuff that he bought it outlets for insane amounts, it's that he's so deceptive with his prices. This retailed for $1800 and here he is trying to convince us / the general public that retail is $3300 and that his price of $2145 is a "bargain".

IS that him modeling the clothes in that Zoolnader douche' pose? Whats really sad is he has the jacket I covet the most in a L (gambler) and wants nore then retail for it!

BP used to actually say his "original price" was the MSRP, and note that now he just says the item "was" this higher price, and then slashes it and says "now" .... I don't know if he got in trouble or not, but it could actually be deemed in violation of some consumer protection statutes to misrepresent what the MSRP was.  I don't know what eBay's policies are, but in California one could probably sue BP for violation of the California Unfair Practice Act if he actually came out and misrepresented the MSRP.  In any event, eBay ought to smack this behavior down.  See Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200:

 

 

17200.  As used in this chapter, unfair competition shall mean and
include any unlawful, unfair or fraudulent business act or practice
and unfair, deceptive, untrue or misleading advertising and any act
prohibited by Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 17500) of Part 3 of
Division 7 of the Business and Professions Code.

I called him out on that once (the fake MSRPs) and he said that "we are a reputable company and our MSRPs are all correct" when they were putting fake bullshit MSRPs. I knew if I bought it they would just send it with the price tag bit torn off. He was negged for that once and the response was "we did it so you don't pay customs tax!MORON"   Since then they have stopped listing MSRPs and make up whatever price they want.

 

I'm not sure it's any more illegal than a stealership buying a GTR or Turbo S then marking them up $20-30k above MSRP. After all, it is a "suggested" price and since BP isn't an authorized dealer of RRL he can't be penalized by RL for price gouging and ebay doesn't care. 

 

I'm not a law expert but if it is in fact illegal in CA wouldn't he have to follow laws from where he is located (MI)?

doubt it, typically need to size up 1 for belts so this would prob be perfect for someone with a 29w.
