I wish I had a gym at work. I usually have to be at work by 8am, so getting to the gym before work is tough. I tend to go after, to the local one by my house.

During work, once a week, short workout during workday. Workout for 45 min between noon and 2, then lunch at desk. More focus on strength than cardio. Gym is one long or 3 short subway stops away from work.

I cannot adjust the AC at work, and it takes my metabolism an hour to cool down after intense cardio (and a cold shower).

If I exercise after work I do strength and stretching after cardio, then have a cool walk outside for a few blocks (except June-August).

Have a pretty good gym at work (four treadmills, a few bikes, two Concept2s, free weights, a squat rack, and various machines).

When I am in the office (maybe every other day) I try to schedule an hour in the afternoon to work out (I find it gives me a great boost for later afternoon evening). As I do a lot of interval training I obviously have a shower after (tend to be soaked).

When traveling I have my assistant find the hotel with the best 24-hr gym and work out in the evening
