Hey guys, any ideas on a great place to have a 21st party in Manhattan for a guy? He's big in to dance, techno music, and drinks that are fair priced considering he's a college undergrad. His birthday is in September, and most likely will be on a Thursday or Friday night. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
