When it's dirty. If it's hot out it may just be one wear before a wash, but if it's winter and I'm not very active it may be a few.

basically I wear them until they smell, stain, or get too loose. that means usually 2-5 times

I just do a stain check and sniff the armpits. If you don't smell anything why wash? Shirts I wear to work I'll play it on the safe side and wash more often though. And don't forget to Baby Wipe that nasty ass.

I think even if you don't think you sweat, you still do a little. I couldn't stand wear a shirt more than once without washing.
