Shampoo And Acne

So I was using that Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo for a while, and it ended up giving me acne on my forehead(I liked how it left my hair though). Once I stopped my forehead cleared up in about two weeks, so I just kept using this random, cheap suave shampoo. I just moved to a new place for the summer and forgot to bring my shampoo, so I need to buy some new stuff. Any recommendations (preferably stuff that I can buy at a store)?

I have thick/coarse hair, and I want something that doesn't irritate my skin.

That PM tea tree shampoo is extremely drying. I stopped using it since they reformulated it about 5 years ago.

If you don't react well to tea tree, but want a similar feel, try something with peppermint oil. Try Aveda Rosemary Mint Shampoo.

Meh, I use the cheapest stuff I can find, Suave daily clarifying or whatever, and it works fine. It's like $2 a bottle. I see no point in spending money on such stuff. If you want to stimulate your scalp during a shower, do what I do and get a hairbrush with the ball-tip bristles, and scrub the bejesus out of it every day (in the shower). Ever since I started doing this I haven't had the slightest issue with dandruff.
