SF Theme Song

I thought of this in another thread. An old 50s song (actually 1960) called "Shoppin' for Clothes." Sample lyrics: Pure, Pure herringbone. That's a suit you'll NEVER own. Great old early rock song on the Atlantic label and I think it was the Coasters. Just checked Amazon, and yes, the Coasters.

Sounds very trad. Doesn't this belong in Men's Clothing? I would love to hear this song. I'll fire up Soulseek when I get home and illegally download it.

Kent: If you like the Coasters, I guarantee you'll like that one. It also shows an early use of charge cards. His card is declined. Hence, that line " ... you'll NEVER own."

i'm seeing the Coasters this weekend at a local rockabilly 4th shindig. plenty of good mod tunes that reference dressing smart and sharp then there's the obvious "sharp dressed man"

Get Smart: Sharp dressed man is another good choice. Thanks. I guess I just wanted something less obvious and more unique.
