Flowers For Girls

My friend's birthday is about 2 months away. I don't want to look over-the-top so I plan on getting her a simple bouquet of flowers. I got her flowers last year and she seemed to like it. This year, I might include a card but I'm on the fence. She's really cool and I think I can come up with a few gems that'll make her laugh in the card.

Should I proceed business-as-usual or opt for another alternative?

Since I got her roses last year, I plan on perhaps getting her some sunflowers. Orchids seem played out.

TULIPS! You can find some very nice, simple arrangements with these flowers.

And yeah, lilies were great... when I was 16.


Sunflowers would be cute, but they're so yellow.... I think some classy tulips would work better. ;3

Tulips are a really nice suggestion.

How about Lavender roses? They are suppose to have a love meaning as well, but obviously not as strong as the red ones.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out she still has the roses I gave her last year. How do you guys feel about an assortment of flowers? Too sloppy?
