Why cant this happen today?

The dancing, the clothes, the horn player who takes JB's jacket. He is sweatting his ass off before he starts!

For him, it somehow doesn't seem pretentious when he talks about his dances and says "It'll blow your mind."

Fucking great. I think the JB's were the best rock band of all time. So tight, so loose.

GQ had an article about JB last summer that I really enjoyed.

He had a reputation for giving his performances his all, and working extremely hard, sometimes preforming 4-5 shows a day, even in his old age, all with his signature energy, yet he wasn't able to keep up with anything else. He had to be served all his food, lead around town when he went out, and have his clothed laid out for him daily.
