8 eggs a day, deadlifts, and bench/military press is the bare minimum. my brother is a hardgainer and I've put him on this, he's been putting some good weight on

no rack in our neighborhood gym back home (travesty) but for now deadlifts should be enough to get him bulking good.

Farmer's walk with heavy dumbells and straps, or at least static holds. Seriously. Tie a set of 90's to his wrists and let him frankenstein around. It will blow him up.

We don't even have 50's in our ghetto ass gym but I have done heavy farmers walks and seen the light.
