My body looked a lot like OPs not that long ago. It takes effort to change, but not that much effort. Been doing compound lifts for almost a year now, taking laziness breaks in between, and my bf has gone from ~15 to just shy of 10. My weight has stayed the same (120 lbs at 5'5), but I have abs, arms, chest, and a big squatters ass now. GF claims my back is shredded but since I can't see that in the mirror, I don't care (kidding).
Hit the gym OP. And don't forget pullups and chinups!
