the prince was one of those guys that had enough character to make himself matter . . . I definitely found him entertaining and at least looked forward to his fights, and while I was happy when he lost to Barrera, I didn't think he would just disappear . . . it was unfortunate for boxing in general, because he had character. I think the Prince was one of those guys with tremendous punching power that unfortunately led him to neglect other skills that might have made him a much better fighter. He also had an unorthodox defensive style that at times left him completely exposed and off-balance (kind of an unperfected Mayweather style, you might say), and in the Barrera fight it kind of made the fight look more lopsided than it probably was. I also remember his calf muscles were huge, but i don't know if that helps to generate more power.
