I am a culinary n00b and I just bought some of this on a whim. I have no idea what to make. Any suggestions?

It's a cheap cut of lamb, and bony, so you don't have a lot of options. I used to buy these in college a lot. Season with salt and lemon pepper and garlic poweder. (If you really want to go all out, use real lemon zest and fresh garlic. Broil. They will cook fast (I am assuming they are cut thin.) Serve with pesto noodles and some veg of your choice.

I like these, they're cheap and have a lot of flavor. one of these and three eggs keeps me going for most of the day.

Also, thanks for the tips, I'll try one out tonight.

Shoulder chops have a nice flavor and take well to being braised. In addition to the recipe Matt posted, you might consider braising the chops with tomatoes and red peppers and a little wine or stock. Sear the chops and pour off the fat in the pan before you add the liquid.
