I have pretty much given them up. Boy do I miss them.

My favorite - belgian fries with mayo and sate sauce

There's this place in Colorado that makes parmesan-truffle fries, and they're amazing. I do love me some poutine, but the college student in me is ecstatic when french fries and ranch end up in the same place at the same time, especially on top of my cheeseburger. Other than that; any fried potato, any time, anywhere. Especially with garlic.

Damn, what's with all you guys and weird ass condiment pairings? I like a simple crinkle cut, with ketchup.

Pizza Fries! Maybe I was drunk or what, but the combo of waffle fries, homemade pizza sauce, and mozzarella cheese was seriously the bees knees.

Normally, just plain with a bit of salt and hot sauce. But when I'm drunk, I don't mind a cup of chili poured on top.

Belgian style with mayo.

I'm ok with McDonalds, but only up to ~10 minutes after they're cooked. They seem to get real nasty, real quick.

I grew up in a little western PA town and we couldn't wait for the park to open in the summer so we coud get our fries in a paper cone with vinegar and I love them that way to this day. The park is long closed but my fry habit lives on.

Vincent: You know what they put on French fries in Holland instead of ketchup?
Jules: What?
Vincent: Mayonnaise.
Jules: Goddamn.
Vincent: I've seen 'em do it, man. They fuckin' drown 'em in that ****.

My favorite when I'm out are shoestring fries. When I make them at home, I make wedges. Either way, nothing on but salt.

Love them, thin cut, steak fries, seasoned or salt only. Ketchup no mayo or dressings.
