Any thread reccomending surgery shouldn't pass without people coughing up names - recommended doctors, since choosing the right doctor is half the issue.

I had this problem and had the surgery. I'm very happy with the results. Like others have mentioned, you need to first determine whether it is from fat or a gland issue, if it's just fat you need to workout, the surgery won't be a long-term solution for you. You should definitely check out the forum gynecomastia.org and good luck.

I got my tits done at Virginia Mason in Seattle. Look up their plastic surgery department. PM me if you want my surgeon's name.

No use in being ashamed of it. After I got it done I had like 4 different friends talking to me about how they have it and what they should do about it. They hid it well.
