no, are oftemn caused when too much testosterone aromatizes to estrogen. happens to many teens as they enter puberty.

If anyone knows where I can go to get tablets that make me actually grow my own man boobs I would also appreciate info. I want a nice set of titties.

you probably just have big glands. Surgery is the solution if it's that bad. Post a pic.

Yes, you can try taking Vitex for a couple of months to see if the situation improves. Vitex can decrease your prolactin levels, which usually spike for females around the time of breast-feeding (enlarged mammaries). The prescription drug Dostinex could also be of use.

No guarantee this will work for you though. Try to pair it with a weight-loss program.

have you tried getting more exercise? I get the feeling that messing around with your hormones and surgery (to get rid of man boobs) shouldn't be your first resort because you may just have some fat hanging off that'll trim away. Of course I've never had man boobs so someone who's successfully conquered them may have a better answer.

I don't have moobs but Vitex was mentioned... does anyone know if this stuff does anything? I heard of it in some context but can't remember how/why.

It is a woman's fertility drug. In large doses it reduces prolactin levels in men. It is called "chasteberry" as well. From the anecdotal evidence I have heard, it also significantly reduces the male refractory period (for those who had it work for them).

There are moobs, and then gynecomastia. Moobs are conquerable by diet and exercise alone. Gynecomastia is when estrogen causes a gland behind your tit to enlarge, causing puffy nipples. A low bf% can sometimes just exaggerate the severity. The gland has to be cut out. I'm probably going to be doing this at the end of summer as long as my body fat is ~10%.

I took Tamoxifen (sp?) and it didnt do anything.

Surgery sure did, though!

Dude you HAVE to get surgery. Nothing else will change your chest.

My mom took Tamoxifen when she had breast cancer.

manboobs are probably the hardest piece of fat to get rid of on a male body... Seriously like the last to go. So glad I don't have to deal with that.

Surgery was required to get rid of my moobs. Sometimes it is the only way to go.
