I prefer lighter beers like Perroni, Stella, Carlsberg, Pilzn, etc.

I find most micro-brews, ales, and all English beers vomitous.

You're a pilsner guy. Try a wit or hefeweizen, you might like it.

Indeed. Is the cloudiness normal for a weizen? I find it a bit off-putting but will try some this weekend - any suggestions on makers?

cloudiness is yeast, it adds to the taste and mouth feel, plus it's good for you. Blue Moon is ubiquitous and I can't think of any other brands of the top of my head but any from germany will probably be good. Just don't let them put any orange slices on your beer.

If I wanted a salad, I'd order a salad! I see them put lemon wedges on the glass too. Thanks for the tips.
