Other than good cheese and fresh basil not much but I do enjoy proscuitto much.

I had one made once with radicchio and topped with egg that was quite enjoyable.

Yeah, I thought about that. Also, the real history is bread being dressed afterwards (think, Roman times). Just wanted to call him a "pleb" one more time.

Broccoli rabe is not pizza food, and I don't care what you say. I want pepperoni, or sausage, or onions and peppers on my pie. Tho there's a place I used to go that did onions and peppers and some kind of unidentifiable hot sauce and called it a pizza diavolo. That was good too. In fact, I think I'll get one next week when I'm back in town.

I don't usually like anything but fresh mozzarella and tomatoes but I am a convert after last week. My new favorite is Artichoke, great Pizza place on 14th street in NYC called ....Artichoke.
