Italian style, thin crust, very high temp wood-burning brick oven.

I actually dislike both but Chicago pan pizza is really gross. NY pizza sucks generally but there is a handful of "Italian" pizzerie here that makes pizza worth of the name - I'm sure there must be some in Chi-town too...

I generally really dislike Chicago style too--the crust is too fatty/greasy--but Edwardo's, pictured, does a nice, crispy crust.

One of the keys to good Chicago deep dish is the crust. It has to be crispy. Edwardos does have some pretty good pizza.

I am surprised no one has brought up this point yet: NJ pizza is better than NY pizza, which is better than Chicago pizza. NJ pizza ftw!

As long as we're going down that road, 2 Amys in DC is better than NYC pizza too.

The worst pizza I've had was in Toronto. All of it was terrible.

i dont understand how you can differentiate pizzas between two cites.i mean where a pizza is made isnt really the question but who it is made by and how it is made it are the real questions.
