Yup, do pushups on those dumbbells. It's a lot harder than normal pushups. However, this is just to kill time. You won't make progress after a couple months. You'll find your self needing more free weights. Doing 30 pushups and 30 crunches gets boring after a while.

Check out a guy called Ross Enamait. He writes books on exercise programs based on bodyweight designed for when people travel or need to work out in their office.

I don't recommend office workouts, but Ross Enamait's workouts are definitely worth a look. Rosstraining.com.

We usually find rope skipping to be a great office workout.
