Lately I've been getting everything I need from my diet, not all that difficult. ^^ ++ To why's comment, few seem to catch on however.

I am a big fan of their Peptide mixes. I use Peptide 2.0 as my nightly pre-bad shake and the ingredients, flavor and macros are top notch. For workout, i use ON whey + oats. I know people hate using complex carbs post-workout but i think i've read somewhere that complex carbs can convert easily into glycogen if the body needs it to (i have 20g of dextrose mixed in to for the insulin spike).

Thanks for the suggestions, it looks as if everyone uses pretty much the same thing and it's one of those topics with typically a lot of variety of opinion. The only problem that I still encounter is if it's necessary, this article is pretty interesting and explains both cases and is pretty interesting purely from a facts perspective. http://www.webmd.com/diet/protein-shakes

Basically, stop wasting your money on so much protein and have some ice cream or something instead.

Actually- it's a byproduct of excess Vitamin B. B2 Riboflavin to be specific. And the neon-yellow pee is a harmless side effect.
