Beyonce is on the short list of truly heautiful female celebrities. Certainly she beats out Britney, Christina, Jessica, etc. Possibly all female pop singers except for Alicia Keys.

you can't ask if tits are real and show pictures with them being pushed up to her chin with a bustier or push up bra or ultra tight bikini top. It makes it impossible to tell. However, I believe beyoncé's are real. Same goes for Scarlett Johanssen
