Anyhow, Lapo is the man when it comes to dressing; the guy knows how to have fun when pushing the envelope and is unquestionably well turned out when conservatively dressed. Now, I can't say that I would wear much of the stuff he does, but it's still entertaining to watch his exuberant imagination run wild - bravo Lapo.
God, what awful stuff.

No, he is probably in a four-way with three transvestites. I think I'll pass, thanks.

(I still think he looks good, though)

I don't care for Lapo. Every time a crappy photo is posted of him a bunch of fanboys come out screaming about how every other time he looks incredible. Can we see some of these photos?
The two above suck.

He must be spokesman for the society for the color blue. I think he's doing the whole Playboy above commerce cum "Dolce Vita" thang.

He's generally wildly uneven, but I've generally maintained that he was well turned out for a year or so until his overdose:

A photo of his dad, Alain Elkann, who seems to be as simply turned out as his late father in law often was:

Mind you, I don't expect Lapo to be well-dressed 100% of the time just because of the column inches his clothes generate

Some decent fits there, but had he not had his pedigree SF would just consider him a Dbag. Photoshop his face out and put his pictures on the sartoralist, SF would have a field day.

It seems to me that the difference between the posters in this thread and Lapo is that the posters in this thread genuinely care what Lapo wears.
Exactly. I think people on SF need to lighten up a bit (see iamatts thread on caring too much, http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=117756). Everyone is so concerned about what the guy is wearing and whether he is showing .55555569 inches of shirt cuff or not. So what that your grandfathers suit sleeves are 3 inches too short? rock that shit! So what you've been eating steak and drinking good wine all year and your button pulls? rock that shit!

Does anyone know which brand this is from?

Thanks
