only advice is don;t be afraid to progress, the weight are heavier on the floor than when you're repping with them.

Didn't feel anything the next day, but the day after I feel it a little. Probably need to go heavier.

Biceps/Leg day fucking sucks. I hate hack squats. (I'm on the 20 RP schedule for people without big quads) I attached the emergency clip to my shirt when I did my HIIT because I didn't know if my legs would give out.

Dude, what do you do on the off days? How the fuck do you stop your self from going nuts only working out 3 days a week? I feel like I'm getting fatter and smaller by the minute. edit: looks like you're doing more than his target RP, is that making you hate it enough to stay out of the gym for 48 hours?

no. mater of fact, i'm doing 2 days on, 1 off, 1 on, 1 off. makes it a bit more tolerable. also playing bball and running on the off days.
