One possibility is that you are not eating enough given your workout and weight loss. You may be calorie deficient which inturn may be affecting your mood.

Consider getting some medications to even you out. Ask your doctor about Seroquel, Cogentin, and Resperidol.

^beat me to it. You really should try to get some professional help. I mean what kind of man gets all emotional and starts screaming and shit like a little girl.

Sounds like you're just a dick, and since you quit drinking you have developed some awareness of it- maybe even a conscience. Take some responsibility and start by apologizing to the people you are a dick to.

I have a rage problem with my various bosses sometimes. They'll be talking to me about something totally ordinary and I'll get this massive urge to really tear into them. Of course I don't, because it would be uncouth, but it's still bizarre.

I think you're right. I started paying more attention to post-workout meals and stopped "eating light" for breakfast.

Yeah, I'm sure that will clear it right up. Then you and all the people you yelled at can have a good laugh about the whole thing.

That sounds like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intermi...osive_disorder

One of the non-cosmetic benefits of regularly eating healthy meals is better mood control.

Whenever you get angry, remember these words:

A year from now, will any of it matter?

Think about it...
How many things that angered you last year, matter today?
Or even 6 months ago.

Let frustration roll off you like water off a duck's back.
Laugh in the face of disaster, and you'll out-live all those who piss you off.

And don't ever hate. Observe old wisdom:
Hatred only destroys the person holding it.

Hope you are feeling better already.

Whenever I used to get worked up about things, my dad would tell me that the person who looses their temper is the one who looses control of the situation - the outcome is now out of your hands. The person who has made you angry has manipulated you and is now in control of the situation. It was very practical advice, which I apply even to this day. This advice is almost a truism, but if you are aware of these rules when you are in a "situation", then it will absolutely allow you to stay calmer and thus make the outcome come out in your favor, and that's what you want anyway. Right?
