I hate previews!

Thread Starter
I've been avoiding previews for wolverine and terminator for the last 3 months. My method is to just turn my head whenever previews show up. I think it actually made the wolverine movie better for me. Although I still did see a few scenes like the gambit jump to destroy the concrete stab falling overhead. Whenever I see stuff in the movies that I saw in previews, it just ruins it for me. Anyone feel the same way?

Depends. I like trailers, because they give me an idea of the tone and quality of a movie. I don't like the incessant spoilering that goes on though.

I'm a big fan of trailers, but only at the start of the movies. I really think it sets the mood. Although, over-advertising can really kill the movie.

trailers are the best. it makes crappy movies look good and good movies look even better.

I don't like to see trailers of films I actually anticpate and know I'd like to see. I don't mind watching trailers of blockbusters like Wolverine or Transformers because the shorter the better for this stuff.

I love trailers....but I really dislike trailers that show all of the major scenes of the movie. One example that stands out in my mind is Castaway...the trailer showed EVERY major and even minor scenes. When I watched the movie, I was like wow this is just an extended version of the preview, I could have saved my money.
