I did use it. It gave my hair a very greasy look and didn't hold the hair in place at all.

when I was about 9 or so, my grandfather gave me a case of the stuff - he had run a tradding post on an indian reservation in manitoba, and had some left over crap. I used it for a few years. seemed very stylish for a 9 year old.
