When there is nothing inside the bag just flops due to the amazing leather. The bag is pretty old but has much life left to it! i would say it is a 7.5/10. There is normal wear to the hardware and leather, no stains or anything. The straps have some bends at each end where the holes are to adjust length do to the changing of lengths over the years. The only thing the bag needs is a repair of the inside liner which is ripped along the bottom (see pics). Any shoe maker or establishment that does your alterations can fix this up in seconds for a few dollars. $200 shipped
