Do these pants fit okay?(pics)

I ordered some LVC 47s about a week ago, but when I got them today I am questioning should I sell them back them or keep them. Right now they feel too tight, but if they stretch then they would be an awesome pair.

Does anybody have any experience on these jeans, in particular how much do they stretch?

Maybe it's just the picture, but they look like the flare out a lot below the knee.

I like to have a bit more length on the inseam than that but I like the fit otherwise.

I mistook magician's post for jet on that last post, nice work.

I think thats because they still need to break in a little bit. The creases are still intact.

On a sidenote, I LOVE WAYWT posts with $1000 outfits shot in rooms that look like my freshmen dorm room mated with a crack den and then threwup on itself.
