Hey guys, SOLD I have an extra set of Blast Straps (new) (see http://flexcart.com/members/elitefts...5&m=PD&pid=916 ). They're similar to gymnast rings. You hook them up to a squat rack/pull-up bar to do different body weight exercises (pull-ups, flys, push-ups, rows..ect). A lot harder than you'd think. I'm just seeing if this is something guys in this forum use. Best, JD

Sorry, Interest Check. I'm not totally sure what the demographic is for these. I use them, but I do weirder workouts.

I use a set of gymnastics rings in the same fashion. You're right; it is a lot harder than it looks. Dips using rings are much harder than regular dips.

Yeah, the stabilization on dips is tough. There's a real learning curve on those.

I wish I could set up rings at my place

Very true. I'm actually surprised more people don't use them.

Yeah, they're great, especially if you spend all your time on free-weights. SOLD I have a set for $35 if anyone is interested. I ended up with two when my lifting partner bought his own.

They're addictive. Though when your getting used to them you have to check your ego. Especially really big guys. If anyone wants, them, PM me.

By the way, I should add that for people with 'bad' shoulders, this type of workout can really help. It hits stabilization muscles that you won't with benching and shoulder presses. I used to have shoulder problems (pain when benching). After a few months on these, it's really cut that out.

I ended up picking up the "Monkey Bar Gym" which looks similar. I am really excited to start using it.
