Congrats, you'll love them. Wear them for at least a week straight and you'll start to feel them opening up. They won't stretch as easily as APCs but they will open up within 1-2 weeks of constant wear.

Already do, man! Thanks for the advice. I've double-cuffed them because I like the look but is there any preference?

Totally personal preference. I go once.

I currently wear a size 26 in APC NS that fit me well, but I think they look a bit awkward with boots (I have skinny legs) and I was thinking about getting a pair of SL-100x in size 28. I'm basically looking for something that won't make my legs look super skinny, but I'm worried that they might be too big after stretched. Any comments? Or would I be better off just sizing up to a 27 in the NS?

I'd try them on if you can. Both 27 and 28 will work. 27 will be pretty tight at first, but open up after 10+ wears, whereas I see the 28 working off the bat, and eventually turning into a true striaght leg fit. Based on what you are saying, I think the 28 might be the look you are goign for, whereas the 27 will likely fit pretty comparablly to the APC NS in 26. Just my .02

Cheapest place to get ST-100x right now with Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales?  They fit me so perfectly, looking forward to really breaking in a pair.

edit:

would be awesome if the place hems as well, OG inseam is way too long

also, how much do these stretch?  A normal amount, by raw denim standards (less than APCs?)

Do the SL-100x come in size 27?

I got my ST-100x (32) in!

Somehow, they fit well on the left side but are too tight on the right.

So strange...I can't say this has ever happened to me before lolwut

The New 3sixteen+ 30BSP Jean & More

We have a very exciting new fit from 3sixteen+ this week, the new 30BSP Straight Tapered jean. Made of a hefty 15.5oz sanforized pure indigo dyed Japanese denim woven by Japan's Kuroki Mill and cut and sewn in America.

3sixteen+ is an ongoing collaboration between 3sixteen and Self Edge's Kiya Babzani, the models are designed with a need in mind. We get a near daily request for a fit that has room in the upper block but is fairly tapered below the knee. This jean is a combination of a straight leg jean and a tapered jean for the guy that wants (or needs) room in the upper block but also wants a small leg opening. The jean comes complete with hidden rivets, coin pocket selvedge, and the most mystical leather patch to have graced a product at our store.

The new 30BSP 3sixteen+ jean is available now at all Self Edge stores and in our online store. We've also got a large restock of all 3sixteen jeans for men and the 3sixteen+ line for women; if you need a reminder as to why this brand gives you the most bang for your buck than any other brand out there, step right this way.

Sorry to quote myself, but I'm pretty sure this is an issue with the jeans themselves.  The right leg (thigh, knee, butt area) is tighter than the left.  When I wear them, the crotch isn't completely in the center and leans towards the right side.  I measured my thighs and my right thigh is marginally larger than my left (up to 0.25" in some places) but that alone shouldn't be causing this issue.

I've never had this happen to me before with other pairs of pants/jeans.  Additionally, I had the opportunity to try on a different pair of ST-100x in size 32 (before I purchased the new pair) and they fit perfectly (no uneven thigh/tightness issues).  I can provide further details upon request.

Is there anything I can do, or am I SOL?  Because at this point I don't feel like I really have a wearable pair of jeans, and it sucks because the denim is awesome and they are pretty much the perfect pair for me right now in terms of measurements/fit (at least that pair that I initially tried on was).  Definitely a little frustrating.

I tried PM-ing AJ, haven't heard back yet but it's understandable because he's probably pretty busy.

Have you measured both sides to really see how off it is?

And are you not able to return them? If not just wait till you get an email back from them
