I appreciate it. I think a good option to look at us with bigger waists is also Left Field NYC (not the chelsea fit prob). I liked those but I wanted some stitching on the fly, which it doesn't have

I've been looking for a pair of jeans with medium rise, slim + tapered and 3sixteen seems to fit the picture. The measurements I'm looking for are 10.5" rise + 10.5" in the thighs so ST should work.

3sixteen 14.5oz "Solid Black" Selvedge


Solid Black is back, restock just arrived today! The denim fabric is woven in Okayama and custom made for 3sixteen. It is also the exact same fabric which is used on other 3sixteen denims, only difference being a different dye is used. This denim features a dyed black warp and weft which gives a consistent stark black color. The Solid Black is available in both the "Slim Straight" fit (model SL-220x) and the "Slim Tapered" fit (model ST-220x). We are full on all sizes, except size 32 on the ST-220x which is sold out and will not be available until the next production run....sorry if this is your size.

Wearing my new SL-220x's for the first time, great pair of jeans. Upset I got on the 3sixteen bandwagon so late. Wish I picked up a pair of the SL-100x instead of another pair of APC NS recently.

The fit on these for me is a bit more slim than the NS, yet larger than the PS. Stitching and construction seems a bit more sturdy too. Perfect fit for someone looking for a true striaght leg that won't cut the circulation in your balls off, and is certainly not too baggy.

What size waist are you?

I looked at sizing and it appears that the SL-220x's are more slim than the SL-100x's. I am going to get 31's in the SL-100's. I wear 31's in the NS's and the waist is already pretty loose. I can tell that teh waist on the SL-220's I am wearing will get pretty loose too, but that is ok.

Anyone else experiencing "bunching" around the crotch for the new ST? Everywhere else fits perfectly, but the crotch/rise seems to be too roomy... Not sure if this is a "new cut" issue as the previous cut for the same model did not have this issue for me.

Anybody have or seen updated fade pics of the shadow denim? All I've seen is the pair posted on 3sixteens tumbler a while back.

My shadows are starting to fade but nothing worth taking a pic of yet. They get worn a few days a week. Wallet fade is starting along with combs and whiskers. These are gonna be awesome. I love the denim.

Any ETA on when Shadow Selvedge is getting restocked?
