didn't realize ajchen was part of 3Sixteen. Did/do you guys ever make baseball caps? I can't find decent plain/minimalist ones, and for some reason thought I'd seen them by you guys in the past.

Got this in my e-mail today. At the regular price of $130, no thanks. But at $72 including shipping, I am willing to try it out:

This upcoming weekend, we're continuing with the specials by offering our Spring Utility Shirts at a promotional price of $65. The shirts come in three varieties: Blue Seersucker, Yellow Seersucker, and Solid White - all shirts feature asymmetrical pocket details, crossed back yokes, and the versatile herringbone twill sleeve straps that will hold the shirt sleeves up when rolled. Seersucker is a traditional summer cotton fabric that is woven to have a wrinkled hand - this helps keep it off the skin in warmer weather.

Our favorite, however, might be the Solid White - it has all the same detailing as the seersucker versions above but in a lightweight cotton that is ideal for year-round wear. It pairs up well with the ties we've been releasing and is a wardrobe staple that can be worn casually or easily dressed up.

Special pricing on the Utility Shirts will be effective from noon EST on Friday (2/26) to noon EST on Monday (3/1) - only at shop.3sixteen.com. As always, thank you for the continued support.

Best regards,
3sixteen

The white utility shirt is tempting. Would pair up nicely with some of the pants our affiliates have been or will be dropping.

I've posted about this in a couple other threads, but i figured i'd post about it here too for people that may also own the 3sixteen denim... my SL reek of sulfur, and they aren't sulfur coated... is it maybe the kind of dye used or maybe is it from being in the same stack as some that are or what? Ive searched this board and found past entries where people complained about the same thing, and it usually seems to be with black jeans... i have washed them 3 times without even wearing them yet and they still smell. They make my closet reek a bit and i dunno what to do with them. Wear them obviously... i love the way they look, they just stink. haha

SL blacks have a sulfur component, 95% sure I read that some where. I've had mine for maybe 4 months and the smell is mostly gone, but warmth increases it. I haven't worn them too terribly often, so wear is not required to fade the odor. For some reason I bought SL indigos, too, and kept putting them on all winter.

Maybe you are extra sensitive to the smell or maybe yours are fresher out of the factory.

I've had my SL-100X's since October, washed them twice, and I've never noticed any sulfur odor.

I own several 3sixteen utility shirts, including the blue seersucker. The medium measures approximately 20" pit-to-pit.

For reference, I wear a 40/42 in Flat Head shirts, a medium in the KMW chambray, and a medium in the MFSC chambray.

The 3sixteen seersucker utility is about on par with the MFSC chambray in terms of slimness, being the slimmest of the shirts mentioned.

Are you a true medium? And everyone is mentioning that it is really slim, but it's not on the level of BoO slim right?

kixslf - how are the st210s looking now?

unfortunately i couldn't hold out any longer on my pair - an accident involving a greasy kebab made such a mess i had to wash them. so here is the result. after 5 months of constant wear. i think they turned out quite good, but still a lot left in them and i will be wearing them for a long time to come. they've served me well so far and i look forward to seeing how they age even more. here we go...

It's definitely not BoO slim. You can wear your usual size, just expect the shirt to be slimmer than usual. There's no need to size up.

Has anyone had a lot of success in fading a pair of 210st? I've had mine for about 8 months now, and this is all i have to show for it.
