3sixteen Denim Series, Bracelets, Shirts... - Page 77

Just got some ST-100x's. Been wearing them for going on two days now. I measured my waist at a 34, and bought a size 32. The 32s fit perfectly, but not too tight anywhere, which worries me that they'll stretch out too much, but I guess we'll find out.
But here's some fit pics. I'm 6'2, 170 lbs.

Sorry I might have missed something.

Did someone get some ST-100x's and is worried they might stretch because they are too tight?

I am sure someone who knows will chime in but AFAIK they don't stretch as much as N&F, so the "when you buy you need to be able to only barely button them up" doesn't apply as much.

Fit looks like you could have sized down for a slimmer fit, but it looks fine.

ps. wearing a belt can help prevent over-stretch, and /with belt look much better anyway.

hah, yeah man didnt mean to post all those, my apologies...already flagged 8 out of the 9 for the mods to delete...

but thanks for the response...i've read the waist is gonna stretch out at least an inch no matter what. it's gonna cost me more money to resell and get 31s, but I'd rather have some that just fit me well everywhere

When you say you measured your waist did you get a tape measure and go around your waist or did you just measure another pair of pants you had?

Also the STs look good, I'll probably go the SL's myself though.

Did you get them hemmed?

I measured around my waist, not a pair of jeans.

But yeah I love the fit, I'm going to size down to a 31 though, just to get that perfect fit around the waist once they stretch out.
And these are not hemmed, when I get 31s I might hem them an inch or so.

The 3sixteen fall/winter 2012 denim productions are being released this month. Today we received the indigo series: SL-100x and ST-100x. I'm looking at getting a pair of 3sixteens, probably the ST-100x. I have some APC NS in 31 that are just too loose (almost 501 like) after stretching, and I'm looking for a slimmer cut. The jeans that fit me (5'10 170 34 waist) best are Levi's 513 in 32 and Uniqlo Slim in 32. I was originally thinking to go with a 32, but since the ST-100x's are going to be a tad slimmer than these cuts should I go with a 33 instead?

i would think you'd be good with a 32.

New run is in production now, but not sure if they go up to 38. We will stock up to 36. Send an e-mail directly to 3sixteen and ask.

What's the latest sizing advice for the slim straight indigo? I'm a 34 in Epaulet rivet chinos, 32 in APC NS...
